They even rushed delivery to help me out. Absolute studs. I called six companies and checked with people on prices and quality and they beat out everyone. Also being able to deliver asap is amazing

We just had our new building delivered today and Im already looking for a second one! The one delivered today is the 10 x 16 economy metal building, which we'll use to store our mowers, weed eater and other yard equipment in. I looked at multiple dealers in Concord, Albemarle, and Kannapolis and this building stood out among all others as far as quality, craftsmanship and value for the money. I first talked with Tom at Premium Buildings a few months ago and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He knew all the specifications and not only answered every question I had (which were many) he answered them gladly and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. He impressed me with his knowledge of the floor material, and other things I didn't even know to ask. Most of all I felt he was a very honest person. So after several weeks of being on the "back burner", I was able to go back with my husband and make the final decision of what building best suited our needs. We felt confident in our decision due to all the help and information/education that was provided to us. During that visit, we met Graham (Tom was helping another customer) and I was hesitant to deal with anyone else besides Tom but soon discovered Graham was also a wealth of information. Both gentlemen worked well together, both having their individual strengths and knowledge that make this business such a success. Thanks guys for everything and once this one is paid for I'm coming back for #2, my she shed!!! A++

Great customer service and have good quality buildings. Communication was exceptional from scheduling the delivery to the delivery driving notifying when they was in route with an eta of when they would arrive.

The quality of my shed is just perfect ! The front porch is top notch and I love the fact it’s sturdy with 2x6s that’s what sold me on my Shed. I definitely recommend!
